Below are the terms and conditions we supply products and services to you. These apply to all instances be they in our restaurant, by phone, via any of our websites or third party distribution websites.

Our products and services

Our products and services are subject to a minimum order amount. This minimum order amount is subject to change without prior notice.  Delivery charges apply and they may vary depending on distance, time of the day or time of the year. These amounts are subject to change without prior notice.  Deliveries will only be made to the main entrance of an address. Our delivery personnel will not entre any private or public property.  If payment is to be made on delivery, it can only be in cash and for the exact amount.

 

Orders can only be placed by persons of legal age, minimum 18 years old who have the capacity to enter a legally binding agreement.  This applies to all means of ordering be they by phone, online via websites or third party sites/Apps.

 

Online orders are confirmed via email or SMS text. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct details are provided. We cannot take any responsibility if the goods are supplied to a different address or recipient stated but not intended.

 

If you place an order in person at our restaurant, contract will be formed when you receive your receipt of purchase.  Orders placed on our restaurant premises are binding and chargeable at the time of placing the order. Goods remain our property until they are fully paid for.  If you are not satisfied with your order, please inform our staff right-away. If the food and drink are consumed, we will not be able to replace or refund. All goods and services are sold subject to availability. If any item is not available, we may make reasonable substitutions. In most cases we will endeavour to advise you of this substitution in advance but may not be able to do this at all times.

 

We do not use nuts in our food products, however, some ingredients are produced in factories that handle nuts. For full ingredient lists, nutritional and allergen information please refer to our allergen list on this link.  If you have any allergies, please place your order by phone making it clear to the person taking your order of the details of the allergies.  Gluten free and vegetarian options are clearly marked on our menus.  We take great care to ensure that all foods are free from any bones or natural hard solids such as olive stones. However, we cannot guarantee that all such materials have been removed.

 

Our pizza doughs are hand-stretched, therefore they vary in shape but they are of the same weight. The pictures on our website or menus are illustrative and may somewhat differ from the actual final product but this will be specified wherever possible.

 

Availability and Delivery

We endeavour to maintain to serve and deliver on time. However, things do not always go to plan and issues such as human error, the weather and traffic conditions may from time to time get in the way.  If your order is for delivery and you have requested delivery 'asap', we will do our very best to fulfil your order within a reasonable time.  Delivery charges depending on distance, time of day or year may apply, please note when you order this online or by asking if you order on the phone.

 

Cancellation and refund

You have the right to cancel an order by telephoning us.  In the case of any pre-order placed more than one day before, you may cancel the order a day before the order is due, free of charge. In the case of the same day orders and deliveries, you may cancel within a reasonable time prior to any materials being used to start preparation. In the case of large pre-orders you will be asked for a deposit and the cancelation terms will be advised at the time of taking your order. If you wish to cancel an order after any materials have been used to start preparing it, you may, at our discretion, be charged the full price of the order and no refund will be due to you.

 

If due to any unforeseen circumstances and situations out of our control we have to cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, but rest assured that we will not do this lightly.

 

You will not be charged for any cancellations from our side. Of course, any deposits or payments made for the cancelled orders will usually be reimbursed using the same way the payment was received. This will depend on the payment handling company we use at the time.

 

Prices and Payments

Prices are as quoted on our menus, website and in restaurant and may change from time to time without prior notice. Changes will not be applicable to orders already placed. Special offers cannot be used in conjunction. Please refer to terms and conditions of any special offer separately. Prices include VAT.

 

Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for any failure to fulfil, or delay in order completion of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.  A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond both our reasonable control this includes in particular but not limited to the following:

 

strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;

civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;

fire, explosion, storm, flood, extreme snow, ice, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;

impossibility of the use of any form of transport;

impossibility of the use of any telecommunications networks;

the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government; or

non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors.

 

Changes to these terms and conditions

We have the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes we make will be posted here. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority.

 

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are subject to English law.
